Hello, I know this wont be as popular with general population as my previous thread but as a 8v8 player trying to get some fair fights in during the evening is getting impossible as you get adds from all directions. Also one of the main game play aspects of getting ganked is gone almost with none have to run anywhere.

As a hardcore 8v8 player shouldn't you be trading RPs with other 8mans in some out-of-the-way corner of the frontier where the unwashed masses can't interfere with your glorious circle-jerk of RP farming your IRC buddies? Why should keep porting matter to you unless you're more interested in running over solos and smallmans on their way to participate in keep fights, all while thumping your collective bird-chests about how uber your 8mans are?

Old enough to know that in post-2013 live DAOC IRC circle-jerkers were still alive and well and using IRC. I never used IRC myself.

No, I don't see where the dilemma is. Keep porting is the best thing for 8v8 unless 8mans really aren't about 8manning and are actually about running over numbers smaller than themselves.
