Decrease the realm timer from 12h to 8h

1) GMs do a good job of stopping xrealming.
2) any real spying can be achieved instantaneously via discord.
3) 8h would allow people to, for example, go to sleep on friday night and play a different realm saturday morning.

I would like to see this for sure. It is not like relic raids really mean anything anyways. Spying on the server does just about nothing.
