Dark Age of Souls

i dont know if that is any possible but i would find it interesting if there was maybe an event zone where the daoc mechanics are changed to some dark souls style like thing. so you need to evade, parry and block manually and with it some kind of stagger mechanic where you can crit hit someone. thoughts?

any more souls fans here?

U know how much effort it would be to implement stuff like that?
I also think that they can only program server-side and client is not touchable at all, so they can't really do anything about the fighting mechanic. ( ó

Alternatively we could just have a Phoenix Souls night where we all PvP in a souls game instead of attacking keep doors. Obviously this isn't very beneficial to the server, but it could be a fun community event.
