Daily reward for login

hi buds,

while i was plaing war thunder, its like every day you log in you get a reward xp buff and other buffs bonuses

if you miss one day you start from beginning

Many free to play games use that. Its a shitty mechanic punishing you for having a life.

Eh, I mean things like that are a way to potentially drum up more revenue. If you're inclined to sign on every day, for your daily rewards, you're likely to play a game or two. If you're likely to play a game or two a day, you're more likely to spend money on purchasing whatever microtransactions they have for sale. If you keep bringing them to your store, they will eventually buy something.

With a game like this that has no microtransactions, it doesn't really have a major benefit. If you're on the fence to the point of daily rewards being the only thing keeping you playing, you won't be playing for very long anyways.

I'm not against it, but it's so far down on the priority list that I don't even want to consider it.

I like the other way.

If you don't log in for 3 days or more you login and get one free level.

They had the free level on live so many years ago. I'm not sure if it's still a thing. I remember getting /freelevel after a set timer. I think it was just a free level once a week or something wild.
