Creation stats respec for all ?

Hello, with all recent changes related to buff pots and charges, i would like to know if giving every players a free respec for these creaton stats would be would be some acceptable idea.

Reasons are multiple, but i think the main ones are the 250 quick cap or people playing Hybrid tanks (specially casting ones like Thanes, VWs, etc...)

I'll take my ranger as an easy example for me :

Celt at creation, went the 10/1/10/9 STR/CON/Dext/QUI path to end up with charges allowing me to reach 250 QUI with associated augmented RA. Except it doesn't work anymore, same thing went for people playing SB, INF, NS, hunters, etc...

While these stats points arn't decisive in every battle, it feels really bad to find yourself unable to reach 250 QUI with some races or end with gimped RA build, having to respec with 3K feathers from your own pocket.

I think giving everybody 1 unique and untradable ( to minimize impact on economy) creation stats respec would be really nicely welcomed, some people have been disturbed by these buff changes and would certainly appreciate the move. Even i who appreciated the changes feel a bit worried to see my solo'ers stats borked this way.
