Change Spirtmaster Resurrect spell?

I'm in love playing my SM, but I feel like Mid is kind of lacking additional Rezzers, I would LOVE to be able to use this spell, but having it at level 23 spec makes a tri-spec build pointless. (Example: dark 27 / sup 41 / sum 22)

Option 1: Adjust it to be at least level 22 or lower
Option 2: Move it to baseline like a Paladin (maybe replace the current spec line to be more powerful)

That is why I'm asking to change/adjust it...

If you compare the 3 realms, Hibernia is the only one that will have 3 classes that will automatically get Rez in its baseline spells. Albion’s paladin will always spec high in chants (They don't really have an option not too). Midgard's 3rd class seems to have the 3rd class that could rez required them to spec high in a spell line that is avoided by almost 99% of SM.
Adjusting it to be level 22 or less enables a possible “tri” spec that people could invest pts into.

ALB – Paladin = 30 – Spec in Chants
ALB – Cleric = 10 – Baseline Rejuvenation
ALB – Friar = 10 – Baseline Rejuvenation
HIB – Bard = 10 – Baseline Regrowth
HIB – Druid = 10 – Baseline Regrowth
HIB – Warden = 10 – Baseline Regrowth
MID – Healer = 10 Baseline Mending
MID – Shaman = 10 Baseline Mending
MID - Spiritmaster = 23 – Spec in Summoning (Mostly pet buffs)

Its no matter how much classes have the rezz.

Important is how much rezzer in your grp.

1. Midgard setup ran zu 90% healer, healer sham = 3x rezzer
2. hibs 3-5 rezzer
3. Albion to 90% only 2 rezzer in grp.

Next. Utility from SM
1. PET withguard, stun, pbt, lifeleech/dd?
2. both base debuffs.
3. s/c, d/q, haste debuff.
4. lifeleech/pbaoe.
5. root.
6. pbaoe mezz
7. aoe mezz.
8. demezz (so you have all time 3x demzzer in midgard.)

and now you to change the line from rezz?
