Celt Race for Nightshade - Phoenix Freeshard

Since mid/alb/hib stealthers can go for slash weaponskill which is effected by str,it seems to have a race unbalance on hib,since they have only elf/luri for slash ns with 40 str startpoints. They also have way lower con stat with 40con.
In comparison other realms:
Alb Breton 60 str / 60con
Mid Norseman 70 str/70con

I dont remeber which patch it was, but they implemented later celt nightshade on hib on live. Maybe this could be done on Phoenix too,since there are plenty custom adjustments.

Btw i am playing an infi, but i would like to see more ns as enemy

will SB also get the stuff they have on live?

on demand crush damage for example? (would be very OP, don't jump on me as if i am suggesting that)
or a tier1 reactionary stun?

NS already was toptier assassin, before SBs str/con-procc got nerfed. No need to throw them even more bones.

you want to give the assassin with the best armor, best weapon dmg vs other assassins and a clutch 4 sec after evade stun with a side stun and a double combo with 34% ats debuff coupled with dex/qui debuff weaponization and a 100 dmg inst nuke they get off twice a fight to make up for their low con, more base stats?

disagree on that one, they dont even have bad matchups sin vs sin

i would strip the 4 sec evade stun away from them, no one else with slash dmg has this crap
