Better /lfg facilities (cross realm /lfg channel? some way to flag as /lfg in a webapp?)

I think a really good improvement would be a way to give a better listing of those players who are looking for group, and may have characters in a variety of realms the option to easily find and join groups, without having to hop between all 3 realms and check the /lfg channel

You can always use the different realm channels in the Phoenix Discord
