Battleground Changes - Easy changes to repopulate the BGs

After reading different BG posts i had some ideas that could revitalize BG action/popularity:

    Remove Frontier zone task credit from lvl 34 and below players
    Add the SAME exact task credit on a 15 min timer for each BG. Reduce the RPs slightly
    Increase BG RR cap to something more MUCH more forgiving (rr2 or even 3 for thid, rr4 for cale, etc)
    Add 3 - 4 xp item mobs per BG. Make the turn in inside the BG Portal Keep.


With these changes, the BGs would be the highest risk / reward combination for lvl 20 - 34 and provide an appropriate setting for like level players to find PvP action while having high potential for XP/leveling with the risk of RVR.

I agree with most of those proposals. However I don't know if I'm on board with increasing the Realm Rank cap that high. If BG tasks are implemented, they must not give too high of a reward or it would be too easy to cap out of the BGs. I just don't know if increasing the Realm Rank cap is the way to help achieve that.

I tend to agree. from lvl 20-34 just have reduced rps to be in line with normal low lvl rp gain. The main goal of people is to level , rps can be a nice bonus.
