(Balancing) Ministrel: don't allow releasing pet while being mezzed [no more unlimited purge]

Not sure if we may also suggest balancing changes or if the following behavior is even allowed, if inapropriate please move to the right forum section.

When a Ministrel is mezzed it can release the charmed pet, the pet will attack the Ministrel an break the mezz, then the ministrel recharms the pet. This give an unlimited amount of purges to the ministrel without any cooldown.

@Devs is this behavior intended or is this even considered an exploit?

As per the Devs a year ago: "It's an integral part of the Minstrel kit and the reason they don't have access to Determination."

They did add a whopping 6 second CD to being able to recharm the pet though!

The Minstrel didnt release the pet, its just the song stopped, because the minstrel is mezzed. The Pet atacked then, because nobody played the charming song. Once the Mezz is broken, the Minstrel can play again the song and pet is charmed.
