1- Spec AF to balance Cleric:
Remove Spec AF from both charges and Buff pots.
Spec AF is supposed to be one of the Albion perks, it is not supposed to be available to all realms. Its what makes Cleric stand out compared to other realms
Can also remove targeted Spec AF from Friar.
Its not normal that everybody runs with Spec AF, it would be a necessary boost to melee and archers.
2- Evade and Dodger RA:
Bring back Dodger RA to all classes that should have had it in 1.65
Classes that want to boost their defenses should be able to choose it.
Scout and Ranger should have Evade 3 and Hunter only Evade 2.
3- Reflex Attack or Charge?
Why custom reflex attack permanent on Friar/Zerk/Merc/BM?
Remove Reflex Attack from Zerk/Merc/BM
Give Zerk/Merc/BM a custom targeted Charge (immune to stun/root/mezz from the target, not to snares, no speed bonus)
4- Bard Amnesia Casted
Bard can cast single amnesia and aoe amnesia instantly every 5 & 10 seconds.
Its really OP.
Hib amnesia should be brought down to standard 2sec cast and 2300 range.
5- Cast Speed on CC and CC clear:
Cast speed for all CC spells and CC clear should be unaffected by dex and MoArts:
Cure Mezz should be 3.0 sec
Baseline Stun for Hib Casters and Cleric and Healer should be 2.5sec.
Mezzes are 3.0 sec.
Roots are 2.5 sec.
NS is 2.0 sec.
Cure NS is 6.0 sec or 3.5 sec.
Confusion is 3.0 sec.
Cast speed should only affect buffing/healing/DDs
Exceptionally cast speed could also have no impact on theurg pets casting time. (3.0sec)
6- Cast Speed and DPS:
For melee, faster attack speed grant lower damage but higher growth rate bonus damage.
Whereas for caster, faster casting grants the same amount of damage so a full DPS increase regardless of the base cast speed of the spell.
If you manage to cast a 2.8 castspeed spell at 1.3, while the opponent is using a 2.6 castspeed spell at 1.3 you will get a big dps advantage.
This leads to caster debuff assist DD melting large amount of HP in less than the time needed to cast a heal spell.
To solve this problem I suggest balancing damage delve for spells to the actual cast speed:
2.8 speed = 209 delve
2.8 to 1.3 actual delve = [1-(actual/base)/2]*delve+delve*(MoM)+(Acuity*0.2)
[1-1.3/2.8/2]=1-0.23=0.77
0.77*209+209*(0.01*3)+300*0.20=160.93+6.27+60=227.2 Damage before resist
