Allow us to sell back charged dex/quick items for something

I like the buff changes but...

I now have a more or less worthless Pookah Lord Mantle that I spent a good chunk of feathers on. I'm not one of those people that raids all time or has a lot of gold so those feathers were pretty valuable to me.

It would be a nice gesture to as least either allow salvage or sell back feather items like that for at least a portion of the feathers originally used to purchase...

There will be an update tomorrow, after that you will only be able to sell these merchants the items that they sell to you (so that you don't accidentally sell a feather item to the wrong merchant), you will get 50% of the feathers back when doing so.

Afaik Uthred said a few days ago that there will be no plans for refund or i am wrong? Dev's strategy seems turning daily. The refund issue was predictable...

At the time of the change there were no direct plans to also add refunding, since then the request has been made and it has been discussed and hence there is now the plan to add it.

Really appreciate the GM team listening to that feedback and making the change. I didnt even have any of those charge items myself and it still seems like the right move.

no, but if someone bought a VCR 2 days before, they would refund the return 100%.

50% is better than nothing. Playing a MMORPG you always have to have in mind there can be changes made to either items or skills. I do think 50% is a fair deal, because you had used those items all the time till now too.

yeah, i get it.. better than nothing.. just was curious the thought behind 50% return value.. were devs afraid of a massive amount of feathers hitting the economy at once or what? Just asking.

That's one way of looking at it, I rather hate PvE and the time I spent farming this stuff now feels like it was utterly wasted.

Honestly I don’t see how it’s different than now. We should get full value for the items that have been rendered 100% unnecessary.
