Aerus chain bp and Halloween steeple helmet skins

I’d really like these skins added to the reskin merchant. It doesn’t make much sense to me that only the volcanus chain skin is available. Also the Halloween steeple helmets were extremely popular for their appearance and I’d love them to be in here as an option.
