Adjust NF guard lvl

A suggestion to adjust NF guard lvl to match character lvl better.

There currently seems to be mismatch imo. Remember we do not have champlvls, ekstra hits, toa bonus and so on.

Agreed. On top of the insane guard HP's etc they kept spawning way too fast. I felt like we were fighting a nonstop zerg of Agent Smiths.
