Add single skill respec stones to feather merchant

1500 feathers maybe?

I think it should be higher. It would only be required if you have used up so many buyable ones that they are affordable.

An epic dropped item is at least 10k, so that number would be more reasonable. Additionally, they could require dragon raid credit.

Well considering the full respecs are 5k feathers already, 1.5 sounded good for 1 skill. Guess 2k could be fair too

. I didn't realise that full respecs were available for feathers.

Ya. some classes need to respec 1-2 skills every RR. Guess that can get expensive

Are there options to just buy a respec with gold? Or what are you referring to?
