I would like to suggest single line respecs for feathers at 3k like RA respecs, or even 5k eventhough I would really prefere 3k
In many cases I just need to respec a single line instead of all my spell lines. Most importantly in most cases I would rather use a single line respec instead of a full respec in order to avoid remaking all my qbars instead of just the line I wanted to adjust. This would also make it much easier to switch between the debuff squad you want to run, with the newly implemented energy etc. nukes and debuffs. Would make it easier to adjust the spec to the setup that is used.
