With RoG drops playing a big part on the Phoenix freeshard, I thought adding a filter to the house Market Explorer to search by utility would be a good addition.
the code might not have the option but +1 if it's possible
if coding it is not an option, another option is what we used to do pre-housing was make forumposts with rog's and other items. not very optimal but atleast you could specify good rogs there and have bidding/buyout price
