Add cheap skins for default armor and weapons

Hi,

there are lots of "simple" armor and weapon skins. However, when crafting the high end equipment, we always end up with the same visual skin.

Additionally to the more "epic" skins available for 10k BP or 30k feathers, it would be nice if we could apply those "simple" skins for a cheap price like 100 BPs or 100 feathers.

That would add a lot of variation to the visuals of our characters without making everyone look like a clown immediately.

Great suggestion. I’d love to be able to reskin into some of the less used basic armors. I think they look way sharper than 90% of the artifact/hat choices. It is a bit of a circus out there with the items being so random and not really class restricted at all. The current state of things is both confusing and not aesthetically pleasing.

Personally I think most of the ToA skins look like shit and certain items being available maybe should be re-evaluated— golden spear 1H for example.
