Add a DF item feather merchant.

There is alot of cool items to use in templates from high end content in DF, would be nice to have a feather merchant to reflect it.

I was looking for DF weapons earlier and I couldn't find them, I'll look again.

DF lightsabers is what i want to see. Those are the coolest weapons in the game. I think it was the Basalt weapons. Also Moment of Zen.

No plans on adding further df items to the merch. Most of them are only 95% qual and/or lvl 50.
