Accountbank NPC

I can understand that you dont want the accountvault to really be accountwide because of people messing with items
of the other realms...but..

you could create an accountbank npc so that we have access to money tokens regardless auf realm.

So we dont need another player to help out (less safe) + the 12 hours realm penalty both get
when you do something like trading plats from hib to mid for example

then limit it to something like 10p a month so you dont start blank when you want to try another realm. i for myself would like to rvr with a tank on hib..but dont want to also lvl a farmchar to support this toon. i hate pve

10p a month is quite a bit...
would still make it worthwhile for a lot of players to farm their plats on hib and use the transferbank to mule it into their realm to buy stuff

why is it such a burden to make a trade-thread instead of this one and simply find someone to mule your plats?
Especially when you are going TO hibernia you will get more plats comapred to transferring them there 1:1 with an NPC
