Account wide ignore command

Can u implement that the ignorelist belongs to the whole account and ignores the whole other account?
I am not sure how ignore works atm exactly but the ignorelists r different on every character.

Reason: There are many Aholes out there insulting ppl and griefing raids etc. - I really do not wanna play with such people

I think I have put people on ignore before, and yet still see their messages lol. Maybe ignore in DAOC just makes it so they can't /tell you? or it just blocks on some channels? I think I have put people on ignore, but then I still see their messages in the battlegroup for example.
