The custom commands you made to record rolls is trully excellent, but a tiny addition would make it even better: automatically call on the BG channel the 'next' person in the list through the use of another command.
Something like
That would save the BG leaders to type all those (sometimes annoying) names - and roll values eventualy.
That would also avoid troubles when they inadvertently skip someone.
That would even partly deal with complaints, since the calling would be automatised.
Another tiny addition could eventualy show useful, though a lot less if you implement the above one: a command to 'search' a person by name in the list.
Hope you'll consider this, I know PvE ain't the focus of the game, but anything that helps the raid leaders is good for the server imho; just like the already excellent things you did in that area (chest, random record and so on).
