I believe it's time for either some fresh idea's on the pve content in DAoC or use the old content but to not introduce Master levels/arties. I believe it would be a really good idea to add some abilities from ToA but incorporate it into existing items such that we have now. No increase on state caps or anything like that as I feel what we have now is fine. I think these abilities could be added to all classes without having to re-temp.
Heal classes - Gets Egg of youth ability
Speed classes - Gets region speed for up to 15-20 players.
Caster classes - Gets shape changes (e.g croc/wolf change)
Tank classes - Gets red haste ability that last up to 5-10 minutes
Of course this is up to discussion on what these abilities are, but one thing that I suggest is not to change the stat caps etc, that will become annoying to a lot of players and retemplating is not one thing this community wants. I believe if we can introduce some possible encounters such as the bird (Phoenix) boss, Volcanus, Draco or even new bosses that we've not seen in ToA before would interest a lot of players that liked the ToA zone/encounters.
I also believe it needs to be a string of up to 5-10 bosses/encounters in order to unlock these items like the banished quest with rog items. They could also drop feathers but I believe in order to keep the old content active such as sidi/df/dragon is to reduce the feathers in ToA so it doesn't affect these encounters in activity. Also, there was a mention of unlocking skins on the other post about PvE content which I believe could be another idea that could work on this too.
