as we see , the 3 realm often have a KeepRaiding BattleGroup going on , at different time , different forces , sometime none-existant at all for many reason.
mainly to create a small Incentive for BIG Battlegroup , to NOT be afraid to lose , against a Smaller Battlegroup Defending.
As defending can be sometime more easy , often , and i mean , to much often and i mean, it's a game killer, when the adverse BG , is twice your seize , and refuse to handle you in a keep , and ONLY on a open field , using the BiggerArmyDiplomacy. and for Both realm , it is , Very boring.
It's turn the whole game into a '' wait and easy farm '' , instead of actually , taking a risk and playing and having fun.
i think this 10% rp buff, would push people to hang out in the Far Frontier and will attract a lot of Enemy looking for trouble.
or someting like that.

i do not think it would be a action-killer , of other area in the frontier.
