In the low levels we have a very high rog drop rate due to how quickly everyone levels, later on it leads to rog fatigue that people just vendor everything because they don't even want to look at an item anymore, that seems to be a good indicator that it's slightly too high.
There is also the economy impact where we have the choice of reducing the (already low) value of the rogs or just adjusting the drop rate.
We'll go with the drop rate reduction:
The group size influence will be removed from the rog drop chance starting at level 30. For full groups that would mean halving the drop rate. Named mobs / bosses are not affected and keep their special drop chance, solo play is also not affected as only the group influence is removed.
