X-realm rule

Hi everyone,

I recently started back with DAoC on this great freeshard and read the rules.
On thing that I don't understand is, what counts as x-realming.
I get that agreements betweem realms for farming RPs or using multiple accounts falls under that rule.
But just to be sure:
Can I have characters from different realms on the same server or do I have to stick to one realm per server?
Might be a stupid question, but I'd rather be on the safe side ;-)

You can have characters on more than one realm. You can also switch between realms as often as you want. There is a restriction that if you have particpated in activity in a rvr zone in one realm, then you will be prevented in entering the rvr zones on the other realms for a 4 hour period.
