WoC and Decimation Trap *FALLOFF DMG* (bug)

WoC is a 150unit pbaoe which is an incredibly short distance. Used WoC 3 (400dmg) multiple times on a standing still target, while stuck to them melee'ing at about 100 units away (think how small that is), and it only hits for about 150-200dmg. You need to be INSIDE a standing still target in order to get anything close to full damage.

And falloff dmg on decimation trap? How is it possible to get full damage when it's a trap that has a radius and you trip it when entering the outside of the radius. Doesn't make much sense. Every time i tested it in beta, the damage was never full value.

Both are strange RA's to have falloff damage incorporated. DT has a proximity trigger... which makes sense because it's a trap. Are we expecting people to fall from the sky in the center of it to get the full effect? And WoC has a radius of 150... falloff damage on that scale means 1 step = a massive penalty in damage. WoC already has a bug ticket with a video from live where this mechanic does not exist.

Over one year almost. They also need to un-nerf the damage values now that everyone essentially has CL10 health.
