Why some chest are at 20k and other at 15k feathers ?

hello, i want to know the reason behind this ? why some chest are at 20k and other are at 15k ? example : infi chest 59 utility 15k, friar chest 55 utility 20k

That's a really good question. I was most certainly happy that the Mercenary chest piece was 15k

I saw a GM mention something about items that have +all magic or +all melee being a higher price than those without but I don't remember where that was.

friar chest got +3 parry and +4 staff only no all melee etc
