why is Basalt Sword of Anarchy (?) not in Hibernia?

Hi, in Albion i can buy the Basalt Sword of Anarchy for feathers....why i cant do this in Hibernia plz?

Cause was an alb sword not hib and mid sword

Hibernia version of this sword is Basalt Sword of Bedlam https://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=25568
For mid that sword is called same way as alb, Basalt Sword of Anarchy https://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=25156

thnx....so the bedlam sword is only available as drop i assume?

I have no idea rly if these drop, maybe these are only added to merchant only in alb, but not sure about mid and hib, if so should be added also for other realms too imo.

in 1.65 daoc patch anarchy is only available on alb, and u can see u have two proc on these picture, i think it was introduced for all realm with darkness rising extension, so not here on phoenix

Even if it wasn't available to all realms in 1.65 it should be on a custom server based on balance and QoL

ok, this i understand but i would prefer the argument below with the custom server and the balance
