Which Patch will Server be when LIVE?

Hy,

As said in title , on which patch the Server will go live ? in the end of beta you made a TON of changes ....now i know like a trillion people who dont know what of these changes will be there and which not.

And NO i dont mean I50 free RR etc....

There is no patch which fits our setting. 1.65 is our basic but we made a lot of changes which all will be in. Except the free gear, i50, etc.
