Is it even possible to have a way to copy the appearance of gear onto other gear? For xping is there going to be a equal, or even greater, xp bonus for xping in classic zones? I know on live newer content originally got the bonuses drawing people to that content. Is the content from newer expansions going to have superior endgame (lvl 50) gear?

We discussed this a bit. There will be probably (<<<<!!!) some way of reskins. But we havent decided yet on how to get them and what reskins will be available. We will finally discuss this at a later point.
We have different xp-bonuses. You get 30% in FZ and there is a higher camp bonus in dungeons. So the best xp-bonus will be in fz dungeons (DF, Marfach, Dodens, Halls of Corrupt, Summoners Hall). There is no bonus for classic zones.
