Has Viper an effect on Dot - proccs or just the normal dot?

Did Viper got changed? We know it was imbalanced from Uthgard1. Nobody will beat stealther with viper up.
If its not changed it has to be nerfed.

It has been changed. Max + dmg you can get from Viper is +40% Not +100% .
But that was Not my question.
Does it effect dot proccs from weapons or just the dot like lifebane.

Also during last week of beta Mastery of Maggery increase your poison damage(yes it stack with vipper), i did around 95dmg vs regual enemy.
