Unable to launch (manually updates?)

I havent played for about 1 month & now i try to launch i get the following error:

Some Files have to be manually updated, please see phoenix_wrong_files.txt

i did this & it shows a big list of mpk zone files?

1. Repatch to live by running Camelot.exe.
2. Right click on Phoenix.exe and choose Run As Administrator
2. Click Fix OF Maps button
3. Click Fix Crafting button
4. Login as usual
