Thidranki resists 30

I want to know how mainly HIB players have 30 resist to thrust damage and all resists maxed to 30 in thidranki when I believed the cap was 15 or 16

We all do. There is a special +15 resist bonus hibs get before level 25. It helps us live longer in fights.

The cap you are talking about is from equipment
Then comes into play racial resists and armor vulnerability
Then physical damage is potentially mitigated by ablative armor
