Tangler Uninterruptible - Is this correct mechanic?

The tangler casts uninterruptible roots. Is this mechanic correct? I can't think of a single pet in the game that isn't uninterruptible. Even BD healer pets, which according to classic patch level should be uninterruptible, are in fact interruptible here on Phoenix.

Hard to tell when they don't post what they did. I just thought it was the target acquiring and casting speed that was fixed. That's what this post is for. Is interrupt fixed?

i believe the target acquiring was fixed (cast speed was normal but it appeared to be faster with how fast tangler targetted stuff i guess)

from our testing interrupt rate on tangler was roughly 20-25%, which seems very low to me, would like to see some proof of that

What does that even mean? Only 25% of the time the pet gets rupt'd, but 75% of the time it's a MOC root? How does that make sense at all. Pretty sure no other pet in the game works like that.

Animist pets had a base chance to ignore interrupts, but it wasn't that high as far as I remember.
