start attributes and look

hi is it possible to change start attributes and design of char later like on live?
or i have to be very carefully when i create char

In all honesty base stats are only going to effect you through the leveling process, once you hit max and gear up you'll be capping them easily.

On the note of changing them no, once they are set they are set. Do some research into you class choice and see where you should allocate your points.

I think its not impossible the gods will give us the oportunity to change the visual appearance in any way someday. Maybe even a elvish quest about changing your race, who knows what future will bring...
That would be awesome but its the sound of future, so i chill and stay tuned.

I dont think you have the second choice to set your attributes and even renew the look should not be high priority.
