Spell cast interup question

Hi team,

what is the current implementation of the spell cast interrupt procedure?
When the checks for an interruption occurs?

I personally feel some disturbances with the current interrupt system.
As a shaman very often i see when my root/disease lands on a target in the approximately middle of a cast and the target still finish his cast successfully.
And the same for me - i see amnesia animation on my char in the middle of a cast (as i feel) and a spell still land on a target.

So what is the rules for a non-instant spell to interrupt another spell?

Amnesia that's not resisted should always cause the current cast to just fail, songs (flute mezz, or speed / endu song) are not affected by amnesia however.

Up until a couple days ago amnesia did not work on roots / snare spells, that should be fixed now, if you find a spell type that's not affected by amnesia please report that, the flag if something can be affected by amnesia is set per spell type and not globally.

The interrupt happens up to precisely 50%, if you're hit by something that should rupt and the spell has not yet reached 50% of its cast time it will interrupt, if it's at 50% or more it will not.

The interrupt rules can be seen in the planned speed breaking change post.

Uhh no, there should be a dependence on how far the cast is already in. Not sure if its also 50%.
Lets assume the threshold is 50%:
- cast < 50% done -> amnesia hits -> spell canceled, no rupt timer, new spell can be started
- cast >= 50% (and < 100% obv) done -> amnesia hits -> spell casting finishes if not stopped by caster but spell is w/o effect

Can someone with amnesia please check this here please?
