Currently, offensive procs on shield will fire both if using a shield style and when blocking. Reactive procs do not seem to fire in either case. Is this intended behavior or a bug? Shouldnt offensive proc only fire on styles and reactives when blocking?

You can report the procs that do not fire. We decided that all procs are offensive and defensive, there is still a limitation on what procs you can put on what item though. Since parrying doesn't trigger procs and reactives are only allowed on shields but not other weapons this effectively only affects shields and means that the same proc can trigger when slamming or when blocking.

tried to imbue a reactive proc onto a shield the other day...didn't work at all

Hello, i'm kind of a gravedigger here, but i just met a trouble with a craft today.
While putting a reactive healing proc on shield, it appears on item description now "when weapon strikes an enemy"
Is this intended, is this just a badtooltip or is it a double using proc as described on the previous reply where both situations while make it proc ? (hit and hit by)
