server down ?

I can not log on to the server for 12 hours what is the problem ,

Same; I get 95% of loading bar completed, it stops and upper left corner says 'press ESC to exit'.

Well if you read other parts of the forum, the server has been suffering from DDOS attacks and they are trying to fix the issue.

If ddos is the problem then why doesn't a dev post something that everyone can see and let them know this instead of leaving to the players to search the forums for tid bits?
