I recently made a decision to part ways with this game. I've enjoyed it, but need to move on. I was able to delete all of my characters (lvl 50s and others) without a problem after typing in "YES" confirming the deletion, however, I wasn't able to delete my main character. Please help me delete him asap. I'm out.

Hi,
I'm sorry to see you go, but I totes understand the thinking that compels people to burn everything when they leave. I've done it before myself. Usually, I regret it later when I start missing whatever it was and wish I could go back to it. Sometimes not having everything waiting there for me to come back is motivation to stay away. Fortunately, Phoenix is easy to get back into if you ever wanted to do that.
As far as the reason you can't delete your character: do you by chance have a house? Homeowners can't delete their last toon until the house is properly disposed of. You should be able to transfer it to someone else and that should free up your character so it can be deleted.
I'm glad you had a fun time in your stay here and wish you good luck with whatever comes next for you!

As soon as you are done with house transfer, etc PM a Gamemaster on the forum or on discord and he will close your acc.
