Savages H2H Triple/Quad Hits

Doing some reading and there was a belief back in the day that H2H saw a "soft cap" at 50+20 H2H, and people were under the belief prior to RR10 that 50 H2H wasn't even worth, so many went 44 H2H 49 Savagery. It was later debunked that it wasn't that huge of a difference, but it was pretty much the bible for belief at this point.

My question is, do we see the same linear increase between each point increase in H2H skill or is there a formula which provides a more significant boost in triple or quad hits at other points in the graph?

As a follow-up I am going to assume that duelist reflexes is working for savages, and this will also increase Savage triple/quad hits due to just hitting more often, yes?

DR does not affect trip and quad hits for savages. It might be a weird concept, but Savages do not actually dual wield and do not receive offhand/main hand wep speed haste effect. So swinging offhand more due to DR will not increase attack rates.

It's linear and here for svgs duelist reflexes works like +h2h skill for swing calculation -> affects dual / triple / quad hits.

When 44/49 was popular the thought usually was that the higher dps buff outperforms the higher weapon skill, which would be true if it weren't for h2h also increasing the dual / triple / quad hit chance.
