Savage Dual Wielder?

Hi Friends,

is the Savage taken as Dual Wielder here? or like in old DOL as one hand tank with occasional extra damage swing.

To precise: if i hit savage vs warrior shield, do i calculated as Berserker? or something else?

Savage has never counted as a dual wielder and doesn't count as one here.
