RR5 question

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here I go....

Seems I remember that RR5 is a "special" realm rank. I'm pretty sure that 16.5 DPS weapons are limited to 16.2 DPS at realm ranks below RR5, then at RR5 they increase to their full 16.5 DPS. Is this correct ?

Is there anything else special about RR5 ? Do we get some other special ability ? My memory is just not good enough to remember gamr details from 10-12 years ago.

Thanks !!!!

Nothing else. Just the 16.5 weapon dps and af 102 (51) useable to their fullest.

What Leith said is correct. When you reach RR5 you unlock the full 16.5 DPS and 102 AF. It isn't some RA or special ability.. the game was coded like this from the beginning.

The original thinking was 51 composite but tests on live years ago showed that 52 composite was the actual required number.
