Hello, as a new Phoenix member but veteran for daoc (2002) can we all just agree that rez sickness after a party rez is total nonsense? That is all thank you. =)

No, because it isn't.
If you're in PvE, Purge it. If you're in RvR, that's why it exists.
If you're in PvE, Purge it. If you're in RvR, that's why it exists.

So when I was in a duo earlier and he died, our fault blah blah. I rezzed him and then still 4 minutes of sickness? It's been nearly 20 years mate

As said previously, you can purge rezz sickness and there is RA named "veil recovery". This RA makes rezz sick duration shorter.
