Why are there no repo merchants on Pheonix ? Also no grace period when rent is due and no email notification ? Having your house go poof the instant rent is due and not in lockbox and no repo merchants is very bad. Loosing everything in you house and in the house vault just because you missed a rent payment by a hour or 2 is a major issue, and should have been addressed in beta and very definitely should be the top priority to fix over every other thing.
