Relics should be reset and made permanent for balance testing
No one is interested in taking any at the moment since there's no realm pride due to all the X-realming going on.
If no one is testing relic keeps, why have the imbalance while "testing"?

I'm not sure I agree with you there; the hibs have made a few runs at Excalibur over the last few weeks. Fortunately, each time we've been able to scrape together a handful of relic defenders to hold them off. The resulting battles at Excal, Renaris, and Boldiam have been some of the best of the beta IMHO.

Hey Tam,
The fact that only a handful of defenders, and 2 handfuls of Hibs in their attempt to take the relic is exactly what I'm referring to. With so little interest in this, it is more academic compared to actual testing.
I've been in on some of those defenses and believe they aren't very reflective of an actual relic raid/defense. I've also been in on a relic raid once and Albs were barely able to muster up 1.5 groups to attempt it. That is about the same as Hib participation in the defenses that you were referring to. Then, when trying to recruit more for raid, Albs say they're going to log on their hib characters to defend. How much BS is that?
Get a full raid going (3 or more full groups) and attempt a relic take that actually comes close to success and I will gladly withdraw this request.
Right now, equal power level in RvR is far more important, imo, than the relic keep testing at this time.
As an example, Hib NS seems pretty powerful at the moment. Is that the case, or is it just due to their extra magic and melee damage from holding 5 relics?
Maybe not now, but I think at some point, I think devs should consider this..

I was only commenting on the notion that no one cares about relics, not on whether or not relic ownership should be reset or whether relic bonuses should be normalized for testing purposes. There is a small core of players that care deeply about realm pride, and it seems that Hibernia has a disproportionate number of them. I worry that the relic system hasn't been tested enough due to relic ownership stagnation, but I don't know if a reset is the best answer. Outside of establishing a baseline, I'm pretty sure that the worst way to test something is to disable it.

Fully agree, nobody test anything anymore, it's just a constant run to emain macha.

Relics have been here for about a month and nobody cares about testing it

, if it doesn't involve emain macha, then it doesn't matter, game is in a terrible place right now and it's all because of the player base, more people doing their job please

, our job is to test doors Gates keeps Lords make sure the relics flip reset correctly placed correctly make sure a trans work on doors posture and doors, all this awesome stuff that has absolutely zero to do with emain macha

Nobody is more concerned about end game rvr than myself. You should come back to albion and work with us to solve this issue.

The hibs literally want a portal so they can get to emain faster.
