How do you actually type that out? I want to move a toon from page 1 to 0. lets say page 1 toon is 100 and page 0 space is 200....(empty slot)

Just do /rearrange ingame. It should tell you all you need to know.
/rearrange list = shows all your toons and the slot they are on
/rearrange setslot [source slot] [new slot] = is the command to move a toon from source slot to the new slot.
