Perhaps share your ideas with the community prior to making a post within discord that you are gonna be changing things up a bit... Pretty sure we all would like that, vs a link to a bomb shell.... For example, the "buff post"... None of us had expected that coming, nor did we feel we had an opinion on it. I realize it is your server, but damn....I feel a lot of us had a value within the server and it was to voice our opinion as to how we wanted to play. However, this just came outta no where. Perhaps more education on the matter would help the community understand why, and what you are trying to do, other than what was posted... For example, why you are changing things, and what are your reasoning...
