Prevent Flight procs from short bow --- working as intended?

Hello,

Prevent Flight procs from short bow shots. Is this working as intended and will this stay after release?

Why can't archers get this as well. Used to love remorseless bow with the slow proc :-)
Wasn't the best damage by far, but the slow was noice...

Archery is wrong on Phoenix. Yes, it is considered "melee" for some damage calculations but bows were never considered a pure melee weapon. Here they appear to be.

Anything that should only trigger / happen when in melee range with a true melee weapon happen with bow.

This is just another example of the broken mechanic.

I'm not really sure if it should or should not cause a proc, if the tooltip said melee it probably shouldn't, if it didn't say melee it might have been the case that pf had a max range, if anyone has info like that it would be changed.
