Potions and charges will come with what retimer?

Potions will last for 10 mins and the endgame-potions are avaible with 10, 30 and 100 charges. Low-lvl potions (lvl 10 & 20) will "only" have 10 charges.

Can the potion be used right after it expires? Maintain 100% uptime?

Buff potion reuse time has not been changed, it's still 5 seconds.
